Lies and Deceit - A Fantasy RP

"Come to my and Xylo`s room. We need to talk. Everyone." River said.
Persepolis nodded and led the way upstairs with Hector, entering the room. Upon seeing Xylo, Lucas, and the new girl whom she now knew to be called Eva, she raised an eyebrow in question.
Persepolis didn't make any notion of recognizing the new girl, but she kept her within her line of vision waiting to see if she would react.
Hector took a seat in the corner of the room. Persepolis stayed standing, awaiting direction from Xylo.

"Come to my and Xylo`s room. We need to talk. We will explain when we get into the room." River said.
Persepolis nodded and led the way upstairs with Hector, entering the room. Upon seeing Xylo, Lucas, and the new girl whom she now knew to be called Eva, she raised an eyebrow in question.

Xylo introduces the situation in a low voice, “As we all know, Horius has been killing hunters for a while now, and from what I understand, no one know why yet. But it’s a risk to us all. He almost murdered this girl here, who says she was left for dead, let me clarify, she is not a hunter, she was studying us. That’s it. It’s also quite obvious she’s no longer human, but the point is: we might need to banish Horius. And we will vote on it, so everyone’s voices can be heard. Anyone have any objections or comments?”

Persepolis didn't move. She didn't make any indication of her feelings on the matter. In an emotionless voice, she spoke only one question so freely spoken that it could have been said to the air, "If we banish Horius, what happens to us?" Her meaning was as clear as her words. Horius saw anyone who outcast him as his enemy. He already saw the Aves at the mansion as his enemies, which didn't bode well for them.

(@Rubysword @RiverStorm @Cyprus ) Xylo nodded, it was a good point. But Horius had to know what was happening. Everyone was called in, except him. He knew Horius the best out've the group, and Horius was one of the most cunning people he had met. But his opinion wouldn't be made heard until the others were.

Luna chimed in after her friend. She reasoned "If we banish Horius, we've made another enemy, and a very dangerous one, at that." She sighed, asking the group "Do we just him enough to not let any hunters come near the cabin?", looking around for any possibly answers.

Eva didn't chime in at all, she acknowledged she was new, and kept her mouth shut, her focus falling mostly on Lucas. She had grown attached to him. He had defended her and saved her life, why shouldn't she?

Sierra asked Tory softly, but in a manner that let her decide what she wanted to do, “Do you want him to come too?” before looking up at him, not sure if she trusted him. After a few seconds of contemplating, and at looking at his charming smile, she offered somewhat nervously “You can take a look at it.” She studied his face for any signs of malignity as she extended her wing slowly and meekly towards him so he could see it.
Tory smiled as both of them were happy again. "Sure!" she said.

Persepolis chimed back in. "I'm not saying that we shouldn't banish Horius," She said evenly, "I'm just making a point that we need to consider all angles and possible outcomes before we vote." She paused for a moment, letting that message sink into everyone's thoughts. "Another option is that we can banish him, and unarm him. Or if we are really concerned about him inflicting damage on us or others in retaliation, we could return him to the mansion. I know that option might not sit well with everyone, but it exists. If he goes back to mansion, he certainly won't be leaving it again."

After finishing speaking, Persepolis stood silently with her arms respectably behind her back, giving the floor to anyone else who wished to speak.

Xylo had already told everyone what was going on, so River didn`t speak- at least, not yet. Her eyes roamed the room, from person to person, lingering on Persepolis for a second, she knew what she was talking about. Personally, River mostly agreed with her. If they banished him, he would simply turn on them and become their newest enemy. But if they didn`t, he would probably turn on them at some point because of this conversation, banished or not.

Xylo sighed, finding the conversation rather unproductive so far. He looked around the vote, finding it rather hard to see someone else who was trying to join the conversation. He proposed solemnly "Maybe it's time to just take a vote, or end the conversation here and just keep on as it was." That was hard, especially since one of Horius' victims was in their camp, with Lucas defending her.
