Lighter-than-air pan rolls

I really can't give you exact times......as far as how long it takes to mix them......I mix until the dough looks and feels right.

I judge the raising time by the dough not by the clock......first rise until it's doubled in bulk. How long that is depends on the room temp. The second rise also depends on the room temps......

It should be a soft dough, but I wouldn't call it wet or limp. Are you sure you measured the wet ingrediants right? I've made these countless times over the years and haven't ever had to add that much extra flour.

Just wated to report that I made these for Thanksgiving dinner. The crowd went wild. They were a huge hit Huge, flufy rolls, I made 24 rolls out of the recipe and they were big and fat!!

I didn't get a picture....I totally forgot.

I'll be making these again, everyone really loved them, especially the kids.

They really like a warm place to rise....and they take a bit of time, but if you give them a warm place and a couple of hours.....man , are they good.

Let bread double in size, could take a couple of hours depending on warmth and humidity, also kneading is very important, around 8 to 10 min.
