Marlon, I was just going to say how much I miss seeing Velvet around here. MissP, I agree about the age thing. Skye is just the best she's ever been, IMO. You can see such a difference between her and the much younger girls, who are about 7 mths old.

I don't have any big BBS Orp girls yet but I do have one Buff that is huge.

The white wyandotte with no tail feathers is molting and she seems to be having a hard time growing tail feathers back.She never has had much of a tail but it's slowly starting to come back.

That Buff girl is a hefty woman! My Nugget, from Jody, is noticably larger than my two 3-yr-old hatchery Buff Orps.

She is a McMurray girl and she is all woman. lol I have two Ideal girls and they are no where near as big as Big Mama. lol Speaking of Jody I have 16 of her BO eggs in my new 1588 due to hatch March 1st.If I get a good hatch, I plan to sell the two Ideal girls to a friend that wants to buy some hens for egg laying.He has a huge piece of property and has taken several of my extra cockeral's just to let have free roam of his place.
