Today is Day 15 of our incubation! We picked up a flashlight that is 500 lumens and woooooie you can SEE the chicks inside of the eggs! It’s so cool! Everyone is kicking around! 6/6!!

I know! And we’re going to be picking up more fluffies a couple days after too So exciting!

I almost got a 1200 lumen one but it had a bigger opening and it was more of a flood light. It was super cool to see the feathers on the feather through the shell.

Today is Day 16 of our incubation! All 8 of our embryos are still kicking.

Two days to lock down! Friday is our usual hatch day at Day 19, and Saturday is the full 21. We will have babies here soon.

Wellllllll we had a double yolk laid on the same day as the Australorp eggs..so we put it in there. For the longest time I thought it was a single embryo, but it’s got two blobs in there. Both are positioned nicely too, with them faced towards the air cell instead of stacked like the others have been.
