Picked up some silkie eggs today ready and waiting to go in. They are so cute I bought 4 already hatched while I was at the farm anyway.

Oh...And I have to add..I have my duck eggs in on American time rather than Australian time... Apart from hatching to be part of this thread..I have plans for new years day here anyway so setting them a little later means I shouldnt miss too much hatching action.

Ok I stayed up way too late last night reading all of the posts on this thread!

Yes I read them all! I ordered a Brinsea Octagon and it is scheduled to be delivered on Dec. 9th. I have been wanting so bad to try some quail, so my plans were to hatch out some Coturnix as soon as I got the incubator and ran it a few days to get used to it. This contest has perfect timing with just a little bit of pressure on me to hopefully get my bator on time. Is there any way that I could get coturnix eggs sent to me in time???? Oh the pressure.

Anyone have any coturnix eggs they could send in a flash??? I think I would have to set on the 14th or 15th right??? Oh the pressure!!! If I can get my bator on time and some eggs on time I will be in. My mission today is to work on that!

So, probably the 15th for coturnix? Go to the quail section and contact someone from there. JJMR or shelleyd let them know you're in a hurry and why you need them.
