The air cell on them all is drawing down and they are all moving. I did increase temp and humidity... see my other reply a little further down.

Any and all advice much appreciated!! My children are thinking I’m killing these babies... it’s breaking my heart

When they are drawing down getting ready to hatch they will stop moving and take a nap.
Just wait, I know it's hard but it has a better chance if you don't open the shell right now/too soon.

But did you buy a separate thermometer and calibrate it?
Seems like your temps have been low and raising it right at the very end is not going to make much of a difference.

I didn’t
I failed to understand that I needed to do that...
I candled the 3 youngest and two of them look like they are internally pipping... they seem to be working at the membrane...

Okay leave those alone stop messing with them just leave them be. go to Walmart in the fish section they have cheap thermometers buy a couple and calibrate them before you said eggs again pretty sure the temp that's reading on your incubator is wrong.
