Don't worry, I'm sure it's okay. The chip was made with enough force to practically throw a piece of the shell... so I would imagine it would be too... I just can’t see it and I don’t want to open it.

Go shopping.
Then to the movies.
For real. It may not do anything for a good 24 hours.
Just wait, I know it's horrible but it's still best to wait.
How long has that hole been there now?
So far I think it looks ok. The green stuff is concerning, but it’s fairly normal in that end of the egg. Hopefully it won’t impede the zipping.
The zit on the bill is his “egg tooth”. They use it to crack and zip the shell, then it disappears a couple days after hatching. (Unless you mean there is something else there that I’m missing in the pic)
It could easily take 24-48 hours before he starts to zip further. I know waiting is rough, but I would try to hold off doing anything to help until at least 24 hours.
Watch for the edges around the hole to look dry, leathery, and brown. You don’t want that to happen. Otherwise I’d try to be as patient as possible. Keep him active though. Tap on the window, talk to him, etc.
Yawning motion means yolk is still being absorbed, so as long as he is doing that, he should be fine for a bit.
