Marans or Ameracauna?

I was sold what I was told were marans and Ameracaunas. What does this guy appear to be? I've never owned either breeds.

People seem to use the names Ameracauna and Easter egger interchangeably around here :/ he's a pretty boy, but he's a real ******* to my other baby cockrel so he's gotta go!
