Did you see that purdy purple one in the front left corner? That is from my darkest laying BC pullet. The one before this one was not speckled but just lavender...it's in the 'bator too.

HEY NOW!!!! Let's not be feeding our faces with potential breeding stock!!!!

Mel.....rest assured that before I eat them I have to give them a chance to grow out to see if they are potential breeding stock first.

But they sure are goooooooood!

OK as promised. I am not a great photographer like some but hey
Came in from work and had a peeping bator and by this AM I have 12/16 with one more pipped so far 9! Splash and 3 Blue

and this guy is soooo cute

Best hatch I have had from shipped eggs now I'm uber excited to lockdown Pinks eggs Sunday night!

Haha...you are right up there with the humor too

There are some truly funny people on here...I love the not knowing what people will say next.
So, how many eggs total do you have going into the incubator this time? This next batch with those few shipped eggs, I'm going to put them in the hatch tray and keep them stationary in egg cartons for a few days like someone had suggested to see how they develop. I'm hoping it will help!
