(1) Are you new to ducks / when did you first get ducks?
I’ve been raising ducks for almost a year now. I got my first ducklings from metzer farms in early September of last year, they’re both female welsh harlequins.
(2) How many ducks do you have right now?
I have 6 ducks at the time.
(3) What breeds do you have?
I have 2 female welshies, a female Cayuga, a female jumbo pekin, and two khaki Campbells, 1 male and 1 female.
(4) How did you find out about BackYardChickens.com?
When we first got our welshies my gf used this site a lot. And I also see it all the time when I look up tips to help with my ducks.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
I love taking walks in the woods, listening to music, drawing, playing guitar, writing, and most of all cuddling with my ducks and gardening for them and just giving them the best life I can.
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
I have two dogs and some fish and I’m a student.
