Duck love is recognizable in any language
I just got back from PA yesterday night and the ducks were already put up. Donald and Quakers, and the babies in their brooder. I noticed there was a HUGE hawk outside. Stupid fake owl, it doesn’t work. I woke up this morning to find Quakers right by the pond, “singing”. I wasn’t too suspicious— Donald has been everywhere laying her eggs in rocks, bushes, even across the street which has frustrated me because they can be hit or stolen by cars. I looked all across the yard but Donald was nowhere to be seen. Across the street and behind my house, to the sides, nowhere to be found. I have no idea. Donald’s my avatar. I have 4 females (including Donald) and 3 males. Will this mess it up? Will I have to give away some males or add to my flock? Thanks.
