Hah, yeah. If it was hot though, I would be fine wearing a crop top. Not likely to happen here though Lol.

My sister got her ears done in Claire's too, but she ended up getting an infection. It looked horrible, yeesh, really put me off.

I had guessed they wouldn't use the gun for belly button piercings, what would they do, shoot you in the stomach with it? Don't think I like the sound of a hollow needle much either though.

I'm guessing it doesn't get to hot where you are then? Wearing a crop top would take some getting used to for me, considering basically 80% of my whole summer wardrobe consists of dudes tee shirts and running shorts/dudes basketball shorts. I have one racer back tank top and I only wear it when I run or when it's 90° out.

Yeah, I would for sure pass on the belly button piercing if they did it that way.

As it is, they're probably a 10% chance I'll actually do it and not change my mind/wimp out.

Clairés did me wrong, twice. Finally just went to a tattoo parlor for my ears, but I still have trouble sometimes. I have to have earrings in 24/7 otherwise they start closing a bit :/ On the verge of TMI, the hollow needle removes a bit of skin so the skin around the peircing doesn't try to close. The gun that all the mall stores use just puncture the skin, so it's always trying to heal.

My sister's friend got her ears pierced crooked at Claire's. I ended up chancing it though, and I think my ears are ok.
