I put her outside yesterday and her other Muscovy friend was as happy as could be when she came out. She is doing much better and is eating and drinking on her own now

That’s awesome. Possibility she ate something toxic. Sometimes they can make it through on their own. Maybe when you get time look around outside and see if their is something that may not be so good for them to be eating or drinking. But happy to hear she is back to her healthy self!
