Wow! 14 years! That is really awesome! I’m guessing they lose their coloring in time kinda like how people get gray hairs?

Maybe so my Runners are all speckled white now my blk and blue ones. They are 5 yrs old. My Muscovy drake10 and my 14 yr old female are the only two of my Muscovy who haven’t changed. Only color left on my others is mainly back end lol

Maybe it just happens as they molt over the years? I’m assuming that ducks molt too?

Yep after molt each year they are def whiter.

LOL - I had to share this with you. The Muscovies follow our dog, Merci and hang out with her. When she goes to lay in her dog house.....they feel they must accompany her
