my baby chick has one closed eye~ please help

hi friends~ can anyone out there help me with advice as to how to help my 1 week old chick~ she has one eye that is only partially open and a bit glossy~ thank you~

try wash with saline, you can find at walmart, kmart or walgreens. Maybe you chick has come down with CRD, you need to pay attention to them in the next day or two. If you have Tylan 50, put drop or two orally do it twice a day for couple days. Tylan save a lot of my chickster.
