My duckling was panting today in middle of brooder! I’m worried sick! Please help!!

I posted a pic of the brooder and raised the lamp by 2 inches right now. I’m going to go out to buy a thermometer but from your perspective, does it look okay?
See how it’s not directly shining so much on the brooder? It’s warming up a section in brooder and I’ve noted their behaviour and they’re often times in the middle of brooder which tells me they’re comfortable!

This is what I go by. It's for chicks, but the same applies to ducklings.

The plastic brooder container might be making it hotter in there also. I've seen alot of people complain about this with those type of containers. Where a cardboard box would absorb some of the heat, the plastic bounces the heat around in the container. You might want to keep the temps lower then normal because of this.
