I'm so sorry for you! I can empathize with you though and maybe I can help you laugh a little, just not too hard so it won't hurt.
I was pushing a wheelbarrow with two 50 pound sacks of sweet feed in it across the ditch between two barns at the race track. I was just trucking along as usual and I put my right foot down and went to pick up my left foot when I felt a horrible, sliding, grinding, agonizingly sharp pain in my lower back/hip area. I just kind of slid to the ground, which was frozen at 4:30am in the morning. I tried to roll over and pull myself up with the wheelbarrow and succeeded in getting my head in the barrow and my arms draped over the side. Then I started barfing my guts up in the barrow with the feed, slid back down and turned the wheel barrow over on myself, feed, barf and all, and dislocated my sacarilia (spelling) joint on the left side. And that is where I lay pitifully awaiting rescue until a jockey happened to need to cross the bridge over the ditch that I was blocking.
