My mother in laws Silkies they are so funny so they free range and like everyone 20 mins they walk the yard then go back to their coop to lay. Then 1 comes out and calles for the flock and they walk the yard again then go to lay. They do it all day every day over and over again.

No silkies laying. But I have 3 blue orpingtons, 1 blackstar, 10 mixed breeds, and 1 EE that are laying

I swear when I saw the first egg I ran around the yard steaming at the top of my lungs, “I GOT AN EGG! I GOT AN EGG” the neighbors called and asked if I was okay
