(You can pick up some Pi-No-More at a feed store if you like, but it probably won't be needed.)
Leave off the apron because of the heat, and so that she can reach her preening gland. The other pullet may help her groom.
Feed extra protein and she will be lovely in no time. Lucky her, she got rescued!
