My old hen has lime green poop on her feathers below her vent

Pics
This is a recent poop of hers it looks almost like there is a bit of blood in it or something I don't know I know it looks a little weird (not sure if I am worrying about nothing). And I have a question what would be the best dewormer for them and what should I deworm/vaccinate them for? If at all. And some thing I think I have forgot to mention is there is wild birds that have been hanging out pooping around where the chickens do, how and why should I keep them away. (I already know for the most part on why to keep the wild birds away).
I have 8 ducks and 11 chickens currently

Below is a picture of the wild birds from last year. Right now we only have those little brown birds that eat corn/chicken feed there is ones that look like the bad ones that eat bugs.

The birds in this picture are ones with red tips on their wings or just completely black/brown birds (Idk which one) I don't know what they are called right now.

It looks like a bit of intestinal lining/shedding in the poop. It's improving a little bit, but the yellow urates are still there.

You could try giving her a round of antibiotics, Amoxicillin is a good choice to use, but do be aware, it's not a cure all. Whatever the cause of her decline still exists. The medication might help temporarily with infection and make her more comfortable.

For deworming your chickens you can use Safeguard (Fenbendazole) or Valbazen (Albendazole). Both of these will treat most worms that poultry can have.

As for vaccines, the only one that is commonly given is for Marek's. It's administered to baby chicks at hatch, so for adults I wouldn't worry with that. The vaccine is not perfect and only helps stop the formation of Marek's tumors, it doesn't stop birds from becoming sick from the virus.

Keeping wild birds away from your flocks is always a good idea. This helps to minimize the spread of disease and parasites. The pool of water and of course access to feed encourages them to come in. Sometimes it's a challenge to keep them at bay if you have an area where they like to congregate.

I took Broken toe outside today and she drifted away from everyone else again but I think she enjoyed the sun and the wind/fresh air. I thought about letting her sleep out there tonight but decided against it. She ate some wet food that I gave to all of them out there. Her poops are getting bigger and less frequent and her abdomen feels less swollen her crop has less liquid in it but she hasn't been drinking as much in the last 5 to 7 hours ever since I changed her water to plain water she doesn't seem to want to drink it (or she isn't thirsty). It's hard to tell if she is getting better, I will see if I can get the amoxicillin soon, where is it usually sold?
Broken toe when she was outside today. None of the chickens picked on her they acted like she had been out there this whole time. The seal to the chicken e-lixir stuff is broken not sure if it broke when I opened the lid or if it was open before we got it. Should I still give it to her? I read mostly good reviews of it on Amazon so I think it is okay to give to her at least if it would be safe because the seal is broken (once again not sure if it was that way before I opened the lid, it makes sense for its lid to open it because the way it is designed) I will send a picture of the seal tomorrow. I am tired and I don't want to type any more so I will stop here. I hope I got everything I needed to type in.

I just woke up sort of, and this is what I see (I am glad I put that towel around the edge there because she might have gone farther).

I left the carrier completely open last night as she doesn't seem comfortable with it closed since she seems to be feeling a little better. I will give a proper update later.
In my experience, sadly recent, hens with egg peritonitis drink like fiends but won't eat. If she's transitioning to the other way around, perhaps she's getting better if that's what's wrong with her.
Thank you! I hope that is what is happening she hasn't pooped since last night, which I am thinking could me she is getting better or something else. (Hoping it means she is getting better, I could be completely wrong).

Never mind... Never mind forget I said that she didn't poop. I don't know why I didn't get up and actually look to see I just stayed where I was and said "she didn't poop last night" smh. I counted four poops.

Quick question her comb has these little tiny scabs (they look like scabs) all over it they have been there for a long time. I couldn't get very good pictures of it the phone didn't want to focus right. If I remember right some of the other older hens have it to.

Broken toes status update march 24 2022 8:00am. My room tempts have been 59 to 64.
Broken toes crop and abdomen feels about the same as yesterday, her crop felt like it had more food then water in it.
She pooped about four times through out the night, her poops still have been looking green (with a little bit more brown to them) and runny but seem to have more volume she had food and water available the whole night (I forgot to put them out of her reach).
She has no drainage from her nose or eyes (she does look like she is a bit teary eyed, if that makes any sense).
She hasn't eaten or drank much from what I have seen in the last 5-7 hours.
I think I covered everything that needed to be put in this update.

Questions that I have at the moment.
1. When should I consider euthanasia and or letting her do what she does (I already kind of know when and what circumstances that it needs to be done) but I would like to know when I should stop trying to help her if everything starts going really downhill. (I feel bad for her and don't want to prolong something that might need to happen I just don't want her be uncomfortable.. Sadly this is part of having animals.
2. The chicken elixir had a seal under the cap but it is broken I don't know if it broke when I took the lid off or if it was that way before we got it. Should I give it to Broken toe or "toss it"?
3. How long should you let the moistened chicken feed sit before taking it away from Broken toe and changing it for fresh feed?
4. How often and how much sugar water should Broken toe drink? And how often should I clean her water in general? (I have been changing her water at the end of the day and in the morning or if it gets really nasty which doesn't happen much because she can't get it gross very fast. (Unless she poops in it like she did this morning)
5. How should I ferment her feed and or soak it for the night before giving it to her, if at all?
Okay, I think that is it. (I know some of these questions I have sort of asked before but figured would be good to have it more Organized.
Thank you for reading this and for the advise, suggestions, info, and generally helpful information that you give.

I let Broken toe be outside for about 4 hours today she got along with the other chickens still but she just stood around I gave them some food today when I first let her out and she tried eating some but I think the other chickens got in her way and she just stood in the middle of everyone else while they ate. She hasn't eaten much today I don't think she drank much either. Her crop has felt like there is just water in it last I checked.
When my wee hen had egg peritonitis, I knew it was time to put her down when her beak was open to breathe. She probably would have lasted a few more days, but I she was going, slowly, downhill. I chose not to make her suffer.
I'm sorry that happened, thank you for sharing.

Help her as long as you think you should. Can you have your Dad or Mom help you evaluate her and discuss if her time has come or that you should continue with giving her extra care for a while longer?

I don't know about the seal on the elixer. Do you think it came off when you opened it? If it came from the store, you may be able to exchange it?

I change out moistened feed daily, if it gets dirty, then more frequently. I usually only put out enough wet feed that the hens eat in a day or for part of the day, then refill.

I would let her have the sugar water, but do provide some fresh plain water too. Change the water daily or if it gets dirty, then change it more frequently. With her crop not emptying, the sugar may promote the crop to turn sour, so keep watch on that.

For me, I put feed in a container (small bucket) you can use a small bowl(?) I add water to the feed and let is soak overnight. My hens like it about the consistency of oatmeal. Crooked toe might like it a bit dryer or more runny, so adjust the amount of water you add accordingly.

I'm glad she was able to get outside for a while. I know she's not feeling well, but it's good for her to see the others and feel the sunshine.

I'm so sorry that she's not doing all that well. You are doing a good job taking care of her. I know it can be hard to watch them decline, so take time to talk with your parents and listen to their opinion as well. :hugs
