My Rhode Island Red is Very Sick :(

I own a small flock of four free range hens, one of my chickens has apparently become very sick, she doesn't have any balance, she stumbles around a lot, as if it were walking around drunk, it has a loss of appetite, and when it flies, it only flies in circles. It also will lay down and turn its neck in weird ways, and it rolls around. Can someone please tell me what's wrong and what I can do to help it heal. Thanks

How old is she? Was she vaccinated? If she has neurological signs, I'm concerned about possible Marek's disease. Can you give us any more information?

She is 22 weeks old, and she has a loss of appetite, we fear she may have mareks disease, especially since she was not vaccinated

Has she laid any eggs yet?

No, she has not laid any eggs, neither have the other 3. She does appear to look heavy and round, as if she were carrying an egg inside of her.
