Its in YOUR yard, and they dont have a say what happens on your property. Thats just rediculous.

While the scarecrow is very funny I have to agree with the other side. It is inappropriate to expose the entire world and other people's children to impropriety. I would have to take great measures to be sure my children did not see it if I had to drive by daily to go home. Just because you can do something doesn't mean you should. Perhaps if it was an adult neighborhood it would be accepted.

The writer of the letter has no cause. They went out of their way to see something offensive to them. It's like going to a book store and opening a playboy and saying I'm offended.
