I would put him in a sling if I were you to get him up on his feet. Does his feet stay curled? If so keep working them by straightening them out. Please let us know how he is doing.

We tried that but he seemed to be stressing him out if anything. At this point I don't think he can even move his legs. I've been stretching out his legs just so he doesn't try to move too much. At this point we are trying to feed him, but he can only really eat yogurt and drink water.I would put him in a sling if I were you to get him up on his feet. Does his feet stay curled? I understand. Since he hatched late and has always had difficulty with balance, eating and developing, I would lean toward poor genetics or developmental problems that are just getting worse. It still could also be disease like Marek's that is making things worse or he is just shutting down.Okay so to clarify we give him pellets and crumble mixed. As a baby he was always underweight. He struggles to eat crumble so we need to put water in it just so he can peck it. The best example I can think of is even on normal days he would fall over just trying to eat grass. He never properly developed his wattles. As well as always had bad balance. He was about five days overdue when born. Also he pooped a lot overnight, now we are struggling to get him to eat more solid foods. The only thing different from yesterday is he can't move his feet at all, but has attempted to stretch and clean himself.
(sorry everything's all over the place in that statement. Just ask me to clarify if you don't understand what I'm saying.)
Thank you, we are trying everything at this point. We did prop him up with towels but he seems like he has no feeling in his legs. I did try stretching them out but he did bite me. I'm force feeding some solid foods which seemed to help food go down. Would force feeding just stress him out though? Also his crop feels normal and about half full.I understand. If putting him in the sling is stressing him, don't use it. You can always roll up some towels to help prop him up and make him more comfortable.
It's hard to know which direction to go with this sweet boy. Since he has trouble eating, I would make his food into a wet mash, offer poultry vitamins and see how it goes.
If you do lose him, sending the body to your state lab will give you some answers.

I am sorry for your loss.We needed him to eat food so we tried to use a syringe but sadly he ended up passing shortly after. He was very loved and we are still unsure what happened. It all was so sudden. I hope the rest of my chickens do well and it wasn't Marek's. Thanks to everyone who helped.
