Gaaahhh!!! Math so early! Yes, it would convert to 11mg per kg. I do remember my vet saying the otc stuff like nemexx was less concentrated. You just have to give a lot more volume.

Pyrantel comes as:
4.54 mg/ml (Nemex)
50 mg/ml
144 mg/ml (OTC stuff for humans)

My book says 10 to 20 mg/kg to treat large roundworms.

Low dose - 2 /2.2 x 10 /4.54 = 2 ml
Higher dose - 2 /2.2 x 20 /4.54 = 4 ml

So her dose is no less than 2 ml, no more than 4 ml according to my book.

Note that the instructions on the bottle are for dogs, not cats, and my book says the dog dose is 5-10 mg/kg.
