Giving a vaccine more often is NOT MORE EFFECTIVE. I do not vaccinate for Parvo after the puppy series of shots. I give 4 modified live vaccines: 7, 10, 13, and 16 weeks.
After that my dogs are never vaxed for Parvo or Distemper again.
Each vaccine stresses the immune system of the animal receiving it. Canine vaccines have been proven to cause auto immune disease response in 100% of the animals tested.

IMO vaccinations are necessary to protect our dogs and us from certain pathogens. They need enough vaccination to become immune.
Once that happens, more is NOT better.
