New layers, confused on where to lay?

Hi all!
So i have a mixed flock of 8 chickens and 4 ducks. Everyone just started laying and a lot of them are doing so good laying in the nesting boxes. I have two that will not which is odd. They all share a coop and backyard. One (I think my sapphire gem) likes to lay on the floor but only with the duck eggs. The other (ancona) likes to lay next to/under the nesting boxes since they're raised. Everyone else lays in the boxes. I have a nesting pad in both boxes along with some bedding ontop. They're roll-away as well if that helps. What should I do about these two fluff butts? Should I let them be?

Might be pretty hard to get them to use the 'chicken nests' when there are 'duck nests' available.
I assume the duck nests are on the floor and the chicken nests are raised up?
I was gonna say add some fake eggs, but hard to do with roll away nests.
Id be happy they are laying where you can find them, and maybe the other chickens will join their own in the roll aways.
