I wanted to share the miracle of manuka honey for treating infected wounds. It is scientifically proven to kill every bacteria scientists have thrown at it, including staph (which is usually what's inside a bumblefoot sore).
I spread it on the bandage and pack the wound with it. The manuka honey kills any bacteria and pulls all the pus and infection into the bandage. I've used it to treat my father in laws leg ulcers (wounds open down to the bone) it saved him from an amputation.

Manuka honey available at health food stores. Manuka honey is not regular honey!

Beware that there have been news reports that 90% of manuka honey sold is said to be fake. It might be good to research the brands and where they have come from.
