New to raising chicks

Hi! So I just bought 10 baby chicks today! Very excited, but wondering if anyone has any tips for raising chickens in Colorado? I'm especially worried about the weather here! And any other tips you'd like to share ill take it all! thanks!

chicks are fun till about 2 weeks, then they get stinky- but don't put them outside with out a heat.
