Newbie... Help! Pullet or Cockerel? 8wks old

How long are you going to wait to see what is what, or are you going just re-home on what you think is a cockerel, you could be getting rid of a hen and keeping a cockerel at this rate?

We aren't allowed to have roosters in the development that we live in but the place that we got them from will happily take back any Cockerels so we will wait a bit longer. Im curious to see what other people think they are that have more experience with chickens

Hi Nicole, I'm far from an expert on sexing young chickens but from the comments you have been getting I would be in a real quandary as to what is what.
It's good the farm will take back any cockerels at least you won't have the trouble finding them a new home.
