Not eatind all of feed

Hi everyone...I am new here and really in the dark. I rescued 3 chicks...2 hens and a roos...Got my first eyes the other day, but I noticed they don't eat all the feed. Do I need to be concerned? Laying pellets and shell, with some growing mash.

you may not want to let the chicks have access to laying pellets, if they do try to eat it they can verry well choke. are the hens with the chicks or are they sepporate if they are in the same pen you may want to feed them all flock feed. if the chicks are sepporate you should feed them baby food.
