I ordered more eggs off of eBay. So I have Cochin Bantams in one incubator, and Dark Cornish in another incubator. Waiting to see if I win my bid on Plymouth White Rock eggs.

Nope. I buy many eggs off eBay as well as hatching my own and the warmer temps do very well for me. Just make sure your thermometer is spot on. No room for error.

Good luck everyone hatching out this month, I will not be joining in on this one, son hid my Incubator lol and winter is coming on here.

The ice water test you did should work fairly well. Remember it’s top of egg that you are taking temps from. Some thermometers ride on top of the eggs but if you have a turner they tend to slide off.
