OK I candled again, its been an entire hour since last candling and still no signs of development... I give up! kidding. I just come here to whine about how boring the first 10 days can be. Everything is actually going great

Gotta post something to kill the time. Soon people will be posting Candling pictures.. although I never do that because I ran out of hands when i tried plus it increases the chances I might drop an egg. I may be posting chick picks back in September Hatch A Long later tonight.

Yea, thatd be neat. And I feel ya, no matter how hard I try to set and forget... I just cant do it, and i always have eggs in the bator, in fact I am having some bantam cochin eggs shipped to me on tuesday from @WVduckchick! Im very excited about those! I have been dying for some bantam cochins!

WHAT??? I am so jealous, I LOVE ORPINGTONS, but I just dont have the money for them, my favorite type of orpington is the lavender, MWAH, gorgeous!

Thank you Don't be jealous yet though, they are shipped eggs which can be dicey lol.
Plus, now one of my old incubators is acting up and fluctuating temperatures a lot. Im having to hover trying to make sure its not going crazy.
DH bought another incubator a few days ago and didnt say anything till it showed up in the mail lol. The bad thing is I never heard of this brand and there's hardly any reviews grrr. I Now I dont know what to do. Should I switch to the new incubator or stay fighting w the old one? Why is there never enough broodies around when you need them??

O man, Im sorry to hear about the incubator trouble. But o my goodness i feel ya on the whole broody thing. I love broodies and I havent had a single one this entire year! And the whole year I have been needing some broodies! lol
