Actually Karen, it's a no-brainer crop. Stick 'em in the ground exactly when you would plant tulip bulbs. The next summer, when the stalks start to wither, pull 'em up. Simple. It's my favorite crop.

Eh. I'm giving it a week and if I don't lose weight I am saying F it and eating everything in sight.

I am sticking to my 23 points a day........Had 6.5 points left after dinner last night, perfect for a piece of cheesecake and glass of wine. Back to dying of starvation now. Sigh.
