One of my Cream Legbars is molting pretty hard. Wasn’t too bad last week, when it was 65F degrees, but she said 15F degrees this morning was too cold.

Okay. That little girl is a mess. Has anyone stopped by your place and commented on her, asking "what's wrong with that one?" She looks embarrassed.

I do believe she is embarrassed. Only one of her hatch mates is slightly molting, but nothing like her. I think she lost the tequila shot contest, and had to take it all off.

what about this little hen? needs a cover for winter ,she been like this all summer ,question what can I do for her she a good little layer but sometimes will back up for aways ,never seen one do that other than my black silkie hen she will stick, her head between her legs and start backing up

yall sure they dont have feather mites, too? looks pretty bad. poor babies Bless them little souls
