Oh, oh.... came home and a couple girls are missing.

I did the same once, let them out in the garden then went to run an errand or two. But I got delayed and didn't get home til after dark. Worse, the wind had blown the door to their run shut, so they couldn't have gone home on their own. I looked and looked, then from the neighbors yard I notice a lump on TOP of the shed that forms the side of their run. The four of them were snuggled together up there. When they couldn't get to their house, they got as close as they could! I just left them up there all night and in the morning went out and it was so funny to see them up there looking down at me. Like 'hi mom! how did we get up here?' They were full grown but not laying yet, so glad nothing got them at night.
