Ohio National....Who's all going?

I am hoping we can work it out to go still. Scheduling is so tough for us. We were planning on doing Oklahoma in December and that is not looking promising at this point, so hopefully Ohio. I totally think we should have a BYC get together!

Mrs. Turbo :

there will be lots of them for sale, but get there friday night or early sat morning because the best ones go fast.

I will be going for the first time as a spectator, what time on Friday is the show hall open? I will be looking to buy Bantam Silver Laced and/or Bantam Blue Laced Red Wyandottes! And who knows what else! Do all of the sellers have to be NPIP certified at such a large event?

I am pretty sure you have to have birds entered in the show to have a sale cage so all the sale birds "should" be from NPIP people, but that does not mean they follow the rules, and you could still end up with sick birds regardless of the NPIP.

most of the halls are open until 9 or maybe 10 at night.....not sure, can't find my paper

I can't wait to see everyone there! I understand that there will be a BYC table, hosted by Neil Grassbaugh. We should take a walking tour to show everyone the birds we have entered! We have seen them in pictures, but I want to be introduced to them in person!

I have a couple of givaways that I'll bring if someone commits to taking them! They are 3/4 Silkie, 1/4 Cochin chicks. They have smooth feathers, but everything else says Silkie, and even though they are black, both parents carry the lavender gene. I don't know the genders yet.

Here's the other thread: https://www.backyardchickens.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=398635

I'll be looking at d'Uccles but not sure if I'll buy any.
I may have some sale birds available if someone wants to meet there to get them.

Not showing anything there, just want to get the 'lay of the land'.

If there is a BYC table I will certainly stop by!!

Yes if you are not an exhibitor there is an entry fee and there is a parking fee when you come in the gate. You couldn't get sale coops if you didn't exhibit--I haven't read my catalog yet but I pretty sure that hasn't changed.
