Happy Veteran's Day to all veterans!

Hello Everyone!

Well I still have this darn virus & my head hurts bad now. So I'm getting off the computer and back to the couch to watch the Military Channel.

Carah, thanks for the picture!

Yeah, her uncle has chickens & pigeons. We may go to Branson this weekend too, if I ever get over this virus. But now Carla wants to go to an auction in Waggoner this Saturday. Don't know if we can do everything she wants!

Les I am hoping to get my whole flock tested but the guy was suppose to call me before today to set up a appointment to test my birds but nothing yet..... And I guess I am either to tired or just stupid but do they provide the band??

Q - if your whole flock is tested, you get a carbon copy receipt from the tester and then a typed certificate from the Department of Ag comes in the mail - for your entire flock. I have never showed any birds so I don't know if you need anything other than the certificate from the Dept of Ag to show. Les, Dandilion, Cuban, NaNa or someone else - help me out on this question

Brick,

That's pretty cool. I haven't hunted Colorado in a few years. My son-in-law works my old area out of Denver so hopefully, I'll get a chance to get back up there soon.

Chupps auctioneers will be conducting a "Moving Auction" in Wagoner. I'm trying to convince Gerald that we need to go since there's chicken stuff & rabbit hutches!!!! I showed him the pic's of the stuff for sale and he perked up when he saw the guns. I could sure use some more rabbit hutches for the bantams.

Maybe we could get a group of BYC Okies there bidding against each other?

Btw y'all, final count was 12 chicks. The red flood light I picked up at Walmart fixed the pecking issues, and they are staying warm enough. They are still in the cute but not stinky stage of chick-hood.
