Only had those little gossling a couple days

Found this bump on his butt. Should I take it to the vet? Will it go away on its own? Not sure what to do

Ya it seems to poop just fine

It looks like a small prolapse might put some KY or similar at least keep it moist may go back in on its own. If it's a prolapse.

I got some duck and gosling starter feed for them. It’s higher up than the vent. It wasn’t the best picture I know but it is smaller today than yesterday so I think it’s gonna go away on it’s own

To me it looks as though it's where the navel area would be. If it is truly the navel and shrinking in size the biggest worry or complication would be the possibility of infection. I'd do your best to keep it as clean as possible until closed...
If this is actually the cloaca vs the navel I'd consider having him seen by a vet if you can for a possible prolapse.
It's hard to be certain what we're looking at from this photo though
