Hi there. I have three chickens, one golden laced Wyandotte one silver laced Wyandotte and one cinnamon queen. The cinnamon queen seems to be the lead hen and likes to pick on the others. But the golden laced Wyandotte is in second and she picks on the silver laced Wyandotte. Both the Wyandotte‘s are now showing skin and losing lots of feathers. Some feathers are broken off and others are plucked out. I read that the plucked out feathers will grow back quickly, but I have the problem of them pecking the pin feathers because they are full of blood, their broken off feathers should hopefully grow back this fall. I do not know what to do. I don’t have any way of separating them so that option is out, I washed them yesterday and I am planning to put Pick no more cover up lotion on them today but if that does not work I am out of options, any help would be appreciated. Another backstory, I do not think they molted last winter and they did not molt in the spring either so I am worried that if they do not molt this fall and grow back they’re broken off feathers that they won’t make it through the Minnesota winter. ❄️ Here are some photos⬇️⬇️ If you want more pictures you can see before pictures on Instagram…… @Chicken__Becky @Chicken__Mable @Chicken__Dotty

Do you know how big the run is? Do they stay in there all day or do they get free range time (and if so, for how long?) It's a super cute build, but a bit limited as far as options in being able to add clutter to break up the space. https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/a-cluttered-run.1323792/

I'd at least move that large waterer out of the corner so it serves double duty as waterer and clutter.

This should be pretty accurate. I moved the water around and put a log in their. I am planning on making a chicken tractor type thing soon. I usually let them free range twice a week for about 20-30 min, but technically I am not allowed to free range chickens in my township.

Since free ranging isn't allowed, best option would be to expand the run. If cost/time is an issue, doing a less secure, limited use pen extension outside the current run could also possibly work, maybe with electric poultry netting and bird netting over top. And that would allow for more clutter to keep them busy and to give them hiding spots from one another.
