Pendulous crop?

Clotrimazole is something I've never heard of. Maybe @Eggcessive or @rebrascora or @TwoCrows would know. Or @dawg53 or @oldhenlikesdogs .

Thanks. I found it. I gave her 1cc.

OMG... but that episode was scary! She squawked and screamed when I put on her crop bra. Then fell on her face. Then stumbled about a bit. Walked backwards. Fell over again. I was scared I was killing her and took it off.

What an ungrateful brat! You go to all that trouble, slaving over a hot stove, and this is how you get thanked. Wait. That's my mother talking when I was ten and refused to eat the food she heaped on my plate.

On the jar of probiotics, the last group where it says how much per pound of weight, those are the proportions I would use. When I give a probiotic, I just sprinkle it over some food I know they'll eat.

BTW, I forgot to laugh at that! It WAS funny! She definitely was an ungrateful brat. LOL!

You need to modify the crop bra design to fit your chicken. I came up with that pattern on the fly. Everyone starts from there, sometimes modifying the bra several times until they get a good fit.

The real test, beyond being sure the hen is comfortable, is crop function. This will require daily crop monitoring until you wake up one morning to check your hen's crop, and it is EMPTY! Then you know you finally have it right!

Absolutely! I've found that hens are real Houdinis when it comes to shedding a garment they feel is beneath them. Crossing the straps is one of the best strategies to defeat this little act.
