YES! Make sure their nails and beaks are trimmed, and that you check them over really well for mites. Ain't nothing worse than coming all that way only to be turned away because your bird has mites. And there's nothing worse to a judge than showing up with dirty birds or birds that haven't been groomed properly by doing their beaks and toenails. It's kinda like going to church or an interview in dirty work clothes and barn boots. The reception is just about the same. Put your bird in front of a judge looking it's best, it makes a good impression or should I say a necessary impression if you expect anything from a judge at all.
