HiiiiiiHi yay!
Awwww that’s awesome!!!!!My mother does scent work, rally, agility, obedience, and a couple other things I'm forgetting with her dogs. She's a dog trainer down near San Antonio and absolutely loves what she does. This last weekend one of her dogs came home with 19 ribbons! I don't have the interest to work on any of that with my dogs, but I love when Mom calls me up with stories of her dogs' exploits, and in return she gets to hear all about my geese.
That’s awesome!!!!! I love when people let the dogs choose! LOL I hate seeing dogs forced into something just cause the handler likes it. I’ve seen it before. It’s sad. I mean not necessarily FORCED but you can just tell the dog doesn’t really LOVE it, you know? And yeah I love herding stuff!!!! LOL the herding ducks part is so entertaining.Fast cat and dock diving! Those are two I'd forgotten she's done! There's so many different sports out there. She basically let's her dogs do them all, or whatever she has access to in her area, and whatever they show an interest in is where she focuses the training for that particular dog. It's really cool.
This isn't something she's entered, but I love seeing the herding stuff where they're moving a group of ducks. My muscovies wouldn't put up with that!![]()
