Fan likethats a chicken!
I meant if you could get a pic of him inside the kennel...but it may be too dark. From that pic he looks to have a very full tail. Is it a fan-like tail or a regular straight one?

I will bring him tonight and have him stand on the table and snap a picture. It made me laugh, lol.
I'm not really great with breeds, but are you keeping him in a cage or something where you could get a picture of him in his natural stance?

That's a good bet too, without seeing the tail I had thought maybe a roller of some kind. I didn't know of that kind with a full tail. I would also bet his owner is not that far from OPI was thinking maybe he might be an oriental roller pigeon that got lost while being flown, since they have sort of fan-like tails as well, if his tail isn't as extreme as a fantail:

@h2oratt Good on you for trying to help the poor thing. Be warned, you may fall in loveI hope you find the owner.
FYI, It’s easier to hold a pigeon a little differently than a chicken

He looks like he has had some pulled out or the broke off.
Fantails have more tail feathers - usually 30-40...
I had one bird Jackson. I sold him a total of 22 times. People just eventually gave up in trying to keep him. He was an excellent breeder and sired many a race wining bird.
