I just found this. Its more for babies but the same can be done for adults. I'm not sure I'd like to do it unless it was an absolute emergency.

You still should be just about be able to do it. Put a little vaseline inside the ring and a little on its back toe. Be careful when you pull the back toe through as it will be tight and the claw will catch the ring.

Actually it went on very easily. I hope I didn’t get too large, but they stayed on. It might be more loose when they grow up, but I think it will be ok.
I ordered by the recommendation on the website, 10mm I believe, but I think I bought 8s in the clip ones.

I've read alot about there practises. There extremist view doesn't help there cause in the slightest. It's a shame because it can tarnish the reputation of reputable people trying to do a good thing.
