Watch that, my boy was easy to handle and almost sweet, he was also silent, but once he figured out I wasn't going to eat him, he started screaming bloody murder (squeaker) every time I walked in the room and god forbid I tried to touch him, the screaming and ninja chopping were ridiculous. I can catch him now, but he does a lot of growling and wing chopping along the way. So, that sweet "I can't believe it's a feral" behavior is likely a defense mechanism for being hurt and handled by a predator. I thought mine was cuddly too... lol
I think your probably right there! I did tell the DW that it is actually her pigeon as she bought it home! Unless it stays nice and cuddly in which case it's mine, but if it turns into a ninja chopping, growling monster, its hers!!
