Are you having race wars? In my chicken pen my Egyptians were bulling my polish.

I most likely am. The Serbians aren’t a fan of the rollers all the time. And the Serbians bully each other as well.

Nice looking bird! What are its parents colors? My rollers (performing type) are loud. You can hear them flying from a good distance.

These are the parents. Pebbles (hen) is on the left and Captain (cock bird) is on the right. They are show type and don’t roll.

They are very quite flyers. You can’t really hear them when they are flying compared to the Serbians.

1741 and 1742 now at 200gr and 170gr, still small but gaining a respectable 20-30 grams per day during this warm spell. We are at 70°today, but headed back to the 40°s later this week.

Do they teach them how to sing?

That is one issue that can result from a bird being raised by foster parents of another species. They usually learn to sing from their parents. And finches don't sing anywhere near as nicely as canaries.
