On the subject of the game, I myself have never played it, and I'm annoyed at Epic for buying up exclusive rights to some new games coming out to only be available on their launcher, which sucks and is nothing compared to Steam, but the game itself is not terrible. My favorite streamer used to play it occasionally and it was fun to watch. For some reason it gets a lot of hate from people who don't play it.

And if you're not a PC gamer what I just typed probably makes no sense to you

I have an xbox 360. It's old hat now but I really enjoyed playing fallout. My son has an xbox one and all he plays is fortnight. It's not the game that's the problem it's all the shouting and temper tantrums that seem to go with it!

I have an xbox 360. It's old hat now but I really enjoyed playing fallout.

There's a game coming out soonish called The Outer Worlds. It's supposed to be like the older Fallout games where you have more choices in gameplay and the choices you make actually impact the story. However, it recently signed with Epic to only be available through their launcher and through the Windows Store for the first year after launch, and this has made a lot of people angry.

So I would have recommended it to you since you like Fallout, lol, but as it is I would probably wait until Steam gets it. It's not just that the Epic launcher has pretty much no basic features, there are also security risks with it. So you can see why Epic making deals to make games only available on its launcher is making people angry.

I see that as a player problem, not a game problem, lol. I lose at games all the time and I don't start yelling and throwing things.

Yep! The way I see it, it's no different from watching people play sports instead of playing the sport yourself. Plus it's a good way to check out a game and see if you think you'll like it before dropping money on it.
