Please help. Immediately!

I can send a picture, and thankfully it survived the night. It's just not any better healthwise.

Look here https://www.raising-happy-chickens.com/wry-neck.html

Since the chick is now warm, it doesn't seem to be a problem caused by getting cold, more like it was a problem that caused it to not keep up with the hen and to get left out and cold.

Try feeding it with Vit E supplement or a food containing high levels like tuna or sunflower seeds ground up. See the instructions in that article.

Okay! Thank you for a reason for this behavior, ill see what I can do. And thanks for the article. It'll help alot.

Alright got the capsules and starting treatment. I don't know if itll live long enough for it to work. Very very low energy. Poor baby

Well he survived the 2nd night! It's energy is back to decent, especially for it's condition. It's neck is absolutely worse, but treatment did just start. It has problems eating, but thats mostly cuz it can't swallow well. It does try and wants to though.

I hate that it has such a problem with its neck. Poor baby is right. You never know. It may turn around. Nature surprises us so many times. Miracles happen everyday. Never give up. Animals are amazing and they don’t know they have a disability either. That is what Dr. Pol says and he is right. I hope your chick pulls through 100% for you.
