Absolutely DON'T HELP - you've done the air hole, now hang on while he/she gets themselves sorted. They will be fine in there and need to absorb that extra nutrient from the blood. Any sign of blood means STOP. Good luck!
Just keep waiting..It will hatch when it's ready.
You gave it air and the vessels are still blood filled. If it hasn't absorbed the yolk fully or the vessels are still blood filled it's not ready.
Did it internally pip? I mean the dead oneMust just be a very late egg then - two hatched two days ago and then one died this morning which was fully ready to leave the egg but never pipped or zipped.
