Puhlese!! Help us decide a direction?!?

All of my birds are pure from established lines. I don't cross lines. Depends on your goal as to how you breed. If you are truly interested in preserving lines, seek out breeders of particular lines of the breeds you are interested in.
These websites might help you some. They were both BYC members. Bob Blosl passed away a few years ago. He was a wealth of knowledge.

I truly appreciate everyone's replies. I spend hours doing my own research and finding information, but I always appreciate the thoughts and opinions of others. I try very hard to be open minded and always learn something new, this site is amazing for that.

Have you considered showgirl silkies? Rather common, at least if eBay is anything to judge, but they're just weird enough to be cute

I, me, personally LOVE the silkies so much. I only own one but she is the cutest sweetest little ball of fluff ever!
